What is the style of photography do you offer?

We are able to adapt to whatever style you would like to achieve. We ensure that all shoots are full of enthusiasm, a far idea from the classic photo sittings of the past.

How much time should we allow for a portrait session?

Session times will vary from each shoot. That’s the beauty of being able to customise and personalise your sessions. On average, it can go from thirty minutes to an hour and a half. Though, we will spend as much time as possible to make sure we get those perfect shots.

How many photographs do we get from the shoot?

We always make sure that we take more than enough photos for you to choose your prints from. The amount of photos taken will depend on how many people we are shooting on the day along with the style of shoot that we have chosen to achieve. After the shoot, we will go through the photos and design a package tailored to your individual needs and budget.

What are the prices of your photographs?

Prices vary depending on the size and type of print you would like. Prints start from $79 with ready-to-hang options from $299. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality products at affordable prices which, now makes professional portraits accessible to everyone.

How much does a photo shoot cost?

The initial price of a session is only $79 and then what ever you choose to purchase from there is totally up to you! We help you to design a package personalised to your needs. We do not believe in hard selling you into buying something you don’t want. Our job is to take beautiful photographs that you are proud to display in your home, one’s that you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

How do I know what size prints would suit my home best?

The best way for you to choose what size best suits you is deciding where in the home you would like to display your prints. Is it on a hallway table? Hanging from a space on the wall? From there, we can advise you on what options we believe will best suit your home.

Do we get digital copies of the photos?

Of course, you will receive digital files of all the prints that you purchase.

How long do you keep our digital files for?

We safely archive your photos for up to a year, so that if you decide that you would like to purchase more down the track then we can arrange that for you!

Can other friends/family purchase prints from our shoot?

They sure can! Our system allows you to purchase prints from the link we send you of your digital gallery. That way, when you are showing off your special memories to family and friends, they are able to purchase straight from the gallery.

Do I have to order my prints on the day of the shoot?

Definitely not. We understand that sometimes it can be too much stress to choose just a few images after a major session. We can arrange for you to come in another time to view your prints and purchase then.

How long does it take to receive our prints and other products?

Depending on the size of the order, turnaround time can be from 1 week up to 4 weeks.

How do I go about booking in a shoot?

You can contact us here and a member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0432 317 093 to get the conversation started with any questions you might have that haven’t been answered here.

Do you have any limitations with what can be set up inside the studio?

We can transform our studio to suit your exact needs with backdrops, props and with whatever environmental style you would like to achieve.

Do you edit or Photoshop your images?

We believe in a very minimalistic approach to editing. We will only remove minor blemishes that would normally not be there and like our finished work to be an honest representation of the people that we photograph. Natural and candid imagery is what we strive to achieve.

Who owns the rights to the photographs taken on the day?

Copyright in the photographs remains with the photographer but you are free to use the photos on social media and, you can reprint as many photos as you would like from the digital files for personal (non-commercial) use. All the legalities are covered in our model release form which we provide on the day of your shoot. You can be sure that we value and respect the rights of all photographs taken and, we will by not use any of the images for our social media or advertising without your permission.

Do you travel outside of Geelong or do shoots on locations by request?

We absolutely do. We love any excuse to get out of the studio and create a personalised portrait session for you! Just let us know of a location you have in mind or, we can help you to brainstorm possible locations that we believe will suit you photo shoot goals. Depending on distance of travel, sometimes a slight travel fee may apply for further locations but we will discuss this with you upon booking your shoot.

What happens when my children are finding it difficult to focus on the day?

Working with kids is a specialty of ours and something we thrive on. We will work with you to ensure that we create a comfortable and welcoming environment for your child and, we will always build a report with them before we start shooting so, that they aren’t intimidated and feel engaged by the whole process.

What should we wear to our shoot?

Anything you’d like! Whatever you feel most comfortable in will work best, as that sense of comfort will help with allowing your best self to shine through in the photos.

What is the best time to schedule a shoot?

We suggest working around your family and individual routine. We will work with you to make it happen, that includes after hours and weekends too. We do suggest thought, that if we are working with younger children that we try to book in a time that compliments their usual routine.
